It's been a while since we've been posting consistent content and I wanted to update you with what's going on with us.
We've noticed that since COVID-19, we really haven't focused on our health as much as before. Therefore, we took a break from making new content and focused purely on our health and diet. After watching a documentary called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead by Joe Cross, we embarked on our journey to get healthy again.
We juiced for 7 days straight at home and also visited the Juice Truck a lot along the way. We've shed some weight but have changed our overall eating habits. Instead of doing take out 3 times a week, we've changed our ordering habits to one cheat day in the week. Most likely we will be filming 2-3 episodes in portions for the foreseeable future.
This past year has been great for growth, gaining 100+ subscribers on Youtube and it seems like you guys are enjoying the content we put out. We would like to thank you for being our #Bestie and we can't wait to put out more content soon.
